Subscription Cancellation Policy

At The Culture’s Herb, we are committed to full transparency and giving our customers complete control over their subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to recurring billing based on the selected delivery frequency. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled prior.

Managing Your Subscription
Customers can manage, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time by:

• Logging into their customer account portal

Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next order, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Order Processing
After a subscription is billed, the order is immediately sent into processing. At this stage, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Refunds & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly for any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Transparency Commitment
We provide multiple notifications prior to billing, including reminders and confirmations, to ensure customers are fully aware of upcoming charges.
